FIRST CONDITIONAL (PRIMERA CONDICIONAL)

La primera condicional se utiliza para situaciones hipotéticas posibles, es decir, para expresar sobre aspectos del futuro que pueden ocurrir:

Si estudias, aprobarás.
No ganarás dinero si no trabajas.
Si estás ocupado, volveré mañana.

La estructura en inglés es la siguiente:

IF+ PRESENT SIMPLE, WILL + VB
If I have time, I will visit my parents.
(Si tengo tiempo, visitaré a mis padres.)

WILL + VB IF + PRESENT SIMPLE
You will miss the bus if you don't hurry up.
(Perderás el autobús si no te das prisa.)

Se ve que hay 3 elementos fundamentales:
- IF: significa "si". Siempre va pegado al presente simple.
- PRESENT SIMPLE: Sujeto + vb (recuerda la "s" y "doesn't" para he/she/it).
- WILL: indica futuro (sujeto + will/won't + vb)

Los ejercicios en el examen serán del siguiente tipo:

If you pay now, you ______________ (have) a discount.

If you _______ (pay) now, you will have a discount.
